The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Project, organized by Omnis Factum Associação, was dedicated to empowering young people through innovative collaboration and cultural exchange. Our mission was to address social challenges, promote inclusion, and enhance personal development through engaging activities and shared experiences. With participants from Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, North Macedonia, Turkey, and Lithuania, we aimed to create a diverse and dynamic environment for learning and growth.

Accommodation Details

Participants were accommodated at Casa Europa Hostel, located in the charming city of Montijo, Portugal. The hostel offers comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi, and communal spaces for socializing. Situated just a short walk from the project venue, it provides easy access to local attractions, including beaches and cultural sites.

Who could participate in the project?

We welcomed open-minded, creative individuals aged 18-30 who were interested in Zumba, sports, and non-formal education. Participants had to communicate in English and were encouraged to apply if they had fewer opportunities.

How are participants selected?

Participants are selected based on their motivation, interest in the project’s themes, and ability to contribute to group activities. Each participating country will send 4 participants and 1 group leader.

What were the accommodation arrangements?

Accommodation was provided at Casa Europa Hostel in Montijo, Portugal. The hostel offers shared rooms with essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for all participants.

Were travel reimbursements available?

Yes, travel costs are reimbursed up to a specified limit per country. Participants had to submit all travel receipts, invoices, and boarding passes to receive reimbursement.

What should I bring to those types of projects?

Participants should bring personal items, comfortable clothing for activities, and any necessary travel documents. It’s also recommended to have a European Health Insurance Card.

How did we communicate before the project?

A dedicated Facebook group was used for pre-project communication, allowing participants to connect and receive updates.
